Current Open Positions:

Registered Nurse
The nurse must be able to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care to detox patients. The individual must understand the principles of growth and development over the life span, possess the ability to assess data related to a patient’s status, interpret the appropriate information to identify a patient’s individual requirements, and provide the necessary care needed as described in the facility’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
-
Assess critical care needs of patients and provide nursing care.

Monitoring vitals and withdrawal symptoms.
-
Initiate and manage withdrawal protocols.
-
Administer medications and treatments.
-
12-hour long shifts

Qualifications:
-
Excellent customer-facing and phone skills.
-
Knowledge of recovery and an understanding of chemical dependency.
-
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients, staff, and providers.
-
Strong leadership skills.
-
Strong organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education: must have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
-
Licensing: Must have a valid RN license or be license-eligible in the state of Utah.
Patient Care Tech
Responsibilities:
-
Support nursing staff in their duties.
-
Support patients and their families during the detox process.
-
Accompany patients to 12-Step meetings.
-

Qualifications:
-
Strong observation skills.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced medical detox facility with frequent interruptions.
-
Effective oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of telephone etiquette.
-
Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisors, and other employees.
-
Must be able to exercise good judgment and make recommendations in the best interest of the facility.

Good organization and time management skills.

Education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours may vary based on staffing needs and include day, evening, and weekend shifts or combination of shifts.
